In order to set up automated e-mails to notify customers that their favorite items will be sold out soon, you need to follow several simple steps.
1) First of all, you need to have Wishlist app installed on your site.
2) Then please go to Automated e-mails section in our Admin panel. When you open the page, you will see types of emails. Please find out the following type of email: “Items Will Sold Out Soon”. Then click on “Activate” button that you see below.
3) After activation, you only need to configure emails to your requirements. In order to do that, click on “Edit” button that you see below.
4) On the next pages, you can set terms: how many times and when to send emails; edit email subject and body; if you're a fan of Google Analytics add UTM parameters. Also, you can send test email to check if it’s been configured correctly.
That's it! Now the app will automatically send e-mail notifications, informing customers that items they like are on sale. If you experience any problems, please feel free to contact us.
